First and foremost, to my friends, family, and supporters, thank you for standing with me.
From the very first day of this campaign, we knew the path ahead would be steep. Yet, together, we ran a strong, spirited, and principled race. It was an honor to stand shoulder to shoulder with members of the Conservative, Republican, and United Alliance parties. Our shared vision for a stronger, safer, and more united city gave this campaign its beating heart.
Crossing into each borough with purpose, I was inspired by the passion of our constituents, the wisdom of community leaders, and the dedication of our party organizers. Working under my own independent banner allowed us to reach beyond the traditional boundaries of politics—to welcome voices from every corner, every belief, every walk of life.
I did my best to help every candidate and every county in any way I could. I attended nearly every event I was invited to, because showing up—listening, learning, standing side by side—matters.
This campaign was more than an election; it was a movement of conviction and courage. Though we did not win the race, we did not fail. Our victories are measured not only in votes, but in the conversations we started, the communities we strengthened, and the hope we reignited.
I will forever cherish this experience. I hope I demonstrated that, given the opportunity, I am ready and able to manage the great and complex task of citywide leadership.
Our city stands at a crossroads. Challenges remain, and yes, there is danger ahead—but there is also purpose, unity, and resolve. We now have something worth fighting for together.
The campaign may be over, but the mission continues. As long as you choose me to fight for you, I will never stop.
