The Third Party Objective: Conservative Party Newsletter Sep 2023

Greetings, esteemed Conservative Party members. This is our September Newsletter.

A message from Patrick McManus, Chairman of the Bronx County Conservative Party:

Ladies and gentlemen, I extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you for this inaugural publication of our newsletter. This milestone signifies our capacity to foster communication and share the developments within our communities.

In recent times, we have witnessed a small movement in the South Bronx, characterized by the emergence of a new conservative social club. This endeavor has led to the enrollment of new conservative members, and soon, potential elected representatives. I envision this growth flourishing in the coming months.

Our most significant upcoming event is the Bronx County Conservative Party’s reorganizing meeting. To our esteemed long-standing members, I eagerly anticipate showcasing the progress we have achieved since our last gathering. To those whom I have not had the pleasure of meeting, I eagerly look forward to extending my personal welcome.

At this reorganizing meeting, our primary objective will be to vote on new county committee positions and executive board members. Light refreshments and beverages will be readily available, affording an opportunity for camaraderie.

Monthly Discussion Topic:

Enclosed, you will find information detailing the origins and purpose behind the formation of the Conservative Party. Much has evolved since its inception, and we now confront a distinct set of challenges that require strategic action.

The current operation of the New York City government system is having adverse effects on our city. The Bronx Democrats wield an excessive amount of influence, while the Republican Party’s focus remains primarily centered on specific areas within the Bronx. To maintain a balance, we must establish a robust Conservative Party foundation.

Achieving this objective necessitates a more active presence of conservative members in office, enhanced community engagement, and more substantial efforts. We invite you to attend our reorganizing meeting, participate in the petitioning process for a county seat, engage in discussions with fellow members, and please consider bringing a friend or sharing the event flyer.

This gathering represents the pivotal step we have all been eagerly anticipating.

A message from Gonzalo Duran, President of the South Bronx Conservative Club:

Four months ago, we initiated this club to catalyze the party’s progress. Our objective is to facilitate access to individuals interested in county party positions, coordinate community events, share resources, and foster camaraderie.

We convene monthly, and during our last two meetings, we assisted in preparing mailings for the reorganizing meeting. While we conducted our duties, we also engaged in discussions about current events and building stronger connections among members.

Conservative Member of the Month:

Elianni hails originally from the Dominican Republic. After residing in the United States for a duration of 12 years under a green card status, she made the pivotal decision to pursue U.S. citizenship. Following the successful attainment of her citizenship, she expressed a strong desire to engage in the voting process, a longstanding aspiration of hers.

In her quest, she encountered members of the Bronx Veteran Political Party, who graciously provided her with all the necessary information. Subsequently, Elianni made the deliberate choice to align herself with the Conservative Party. We are delighted to extend our warmest welcome to her and eagerly anticipate her future contributions and progress within our ranks.
