When the United States Library of Congress Web Archive selected my website for inclusion in its 2024 U.S. Elections collection, my first reaction was disbelief. I initially thought it might be a mistake or even a scam. It was not. It was real.

While I may never receive a direct explanation as to how my site was selected, I can reflect on the work that may have contributed to that decision.

In New York City, there has historically been limited effort to present conservative viewpoints in a way that is accessible, balanced, and community-driven. I have made it a point to change that by engaging directly with local constituents, covering community events, increasing voter registration, and speaking publicly in a way that encourages dialogue rather than division. My goal has always been to present perspectives in a manner that allows others to feel heard and respected.

That work has taken many forms. From organizing one of the largest Trump-themed rallies in the Bronx that was party-affiliated, to gathering opinion pieces from community members on local elections, to reaching out to national media outlets to ensure our voices were included in broader conversations, the focus has remained consistent: representation and engagement.

Again, I may never know how the Library of Congress ultimately made its decision. What matters is that the recognition is deeply appreciated.

My website has been active for more than nine years. As a moderate conservative, I have worked to present a balanced perspective that reflects not only my views, but also those of others who are often overlooked. While I may not take the loudest or most extreme positions, I believe my work has earned a level of respect and, in my view, credibility.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work across party lines, engage with individuals from different political perspectives, contribute to legislative efforts, and receive meaningful media coverage. This recognition from the Library of Congress stands as another milestone in that ongoing effort.

More importantly, it opens the door for continued archival work in the years ahead. I hope it serves as a reminder that conservatism has had a voice in the Bronx, and that I have done my part to ensure that voice was present, constructive, and grounded in the broader American spirit.
