I had lemon Salmon sautéed in garlic butter, garlic cloves and thyme. My sides were green veggies and a side salad.

Dinner 12/29/22

I made lemon chicken with sauté garlic and shallots. Plus a nice large salad of baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers and creamy French dressing.

Patricia works at a middle school in the Bronx. She loves baking. It’s her passion. Her grandmother was a baker and that’s where she credits her skills. I myself, just had Patricia’s flan this past weekend for my weekly catch-up with my mother and subsequently Christmas Dinner. It wasn’t too sweet, it had a great firm feel but a delicious and creamy filling. I can’t wait to have it again soon.
